Huge thanks to the team at Advanced Vetcare for the amazing service and care for the recent emergency surgery for Chico. Always felt he was in the best and safest... read more hands possible, from the initial consultation when we dropped off a very sick little dog on a Friday afternoon after blood tests/xrays at his regular vet, all the information had been passed on, they were ready and waiting for our arrival. After further tests, surgery for gallbladder removal was booked in for the next day. Was re-assured and well informed during his whole stay. Sleepless nights for us, but was able to check-in on him by phone and visit the day after surgery. So happy to be able to take him home on the Monday (after he finally ate), he has got stronger each day from there. So grateful that we still have Chico with us and he has a happy healthy future to look forward to. Thank you so much.

We had to say goodbye to our cat last night (20/1/23). This clinic couldn't be faulted and made the incredibly difficult experience as easy as they could for us. ... read more We had received a critical diagnosis from our local vet toward the end of their business day. He wasn't in pain so we took him home and called Advanced Vet Care to let them know we were on the way. When we got there, they saw us straight away and they had a room set up for us. The vet Taylor (along with all the other staff we encountered) was incredibly compassionate, kind and patient. Taylor knew this was my first experience of this process so she made extra bit of effort to give me kind words. She lit a candle, played soothing music and gave us as much time as we needed to cuddle him and say our goodbyes. We were also given as much as time as we needed after he fell asleep to spend time with him privately. Thanks Advanced Vetcare for helping us through this experience. I'm so grateful. Wanting to pass my thanks to the staff we were with on 20/1/23, it must be hard to work in an emergency environment so your efforts are appreciated. Very glad we chose this clinic as my old boy's last trip to the vet.

They have the friendliest... read more reception staff who go above and beyond even after our cat was discharged. The vets themselves were fantastic and always available over the phone if I had questions and concerns after I brought him home.
