| - Do you have an a pet emergency?
- Call 9092 0400 and talk to one of our pet emergency staff and we will do our best to help you. We accept cases from all over Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and surrounding areas.
- We do not
have scheduled appointments for pet emergency cases so you can come straight to our clinic if you feel your pet's case is an emergency. We will provide immediate treatment in true emergencies. Please understand that there may be a short wait if other emergencies are deemed more critical by our triage staff. We have an excellent emergency hospital to provide the very best in medical, surgical and critical care.
- We will develop
a treatment plan and go through this with you in detail. We will also
provide you with a detailed estimate of costs including the
estimate for the first 24 hours of treatment and diagnostic tests with an indication of likely costs for each subsequent 24 hour period.
- Whilst
your pet is in hospital, we will send an update to your primary care
veterinarian once daily to ensure that they are able to follow the
progression of the case.
